Am I going to get into trouble for this?

Ive been off work sick for 2 days (thur/fri) which I never am but feel like I have the flu and been bed ridden. Today my partner said please come out for a walk and some fresh air so I decided to try. Lo and behold I walk into one of the managers from work and we cross paths and say hi.

I feel really panicked because it makes it seem like Ive been skiving off or that I have been well enough to come in. My partner says I am overexaggerating.

What do you think?

Oh gosh, just use word diarrhea if asked, and they won't ask for details. None of their business, really.

Just say you were walking to the pharmacy/shop for medication.

Why?
If she was poorly Thursday and Friday she doesn't need to make anything up

I had to do the school run and food shopping whilst I was off sick.

Just say you were going to the chemist. It's non of their business unless you were dolled up to the nines and caught out in the pub x
