Shoes for work - on feet all day

I'm looking for something that is comfortable for all day on my feet for a good 10 hours. I used to use Skechers Go Walk, but the quality seems to have dropped off and my feet hurt after a few hours now, whereas they used to be fine and I wouldn't have achey feet afterwards. This is within a few months of buying my last pair, whereas when I nursed, they lasted me a good year - 18 months.

What are nurses wearing these days for being on your feet for hours?

Hokas are amazing if you can wear a trainer style

Not sure about shoes, I just wear M&S school trainers, but I have found even if you can’t have 2 pairs of shoes & change your shoes at lunch, just changing your socks at lunchtime & giving your feet a bit of a rub helps a good bit.
