I have been offered an amazing opportunity with small pay rise , a 1 hour commute each way - 3 days a week and option to WFH 2 days a week, no late nights needed. My current role I WFH 4 days a week - this role requires regular 10 hour days, unrealistic deadlines, stress and I’m micromanaged!
I don’t know what to do, if I should give up WFH 4 days, and start to commute to a job that will be much better. I have twins in pre-school and one DC in school - extra costs of wraparound care is a factor. So hard to decide what’s best.
Has anyone had similar?
