Redundancy

What would be a typical redundancy offer from a blue chip USA Company? One/Two/Three weeks per year of service?

the last 3 US companies I worked for gave a month per year to a maximum of a years salary for those who had done 12 years or more ..

I got my notice period and about 2 weeks for each year of service, blue chip US company, about 5 years ago.

It will be what is in the employment contract. Every company is different.
