I have realised my current job isn't for me, I like the actually job, but the place is full of lots of people who don't want to help and who are different to me. I'm autistic which I'm aware doesn't help as I struggle with social situations.
To leave my current job I have to pay ££££ in training fees as to even start my job I had to come in as a trainee and couldn't start till I was on this course.
Do you reckon I could agree a payment plan to pay it back? Unless I put in on credit card I can't pay it in one go!

If hou like the job it seems a shame to give it up especially in view of having to pay them back for your training. Camnyou not ask your Maanger for more support before you resign.

@Viviennemary sorry I should have said I have been offered a new job still in the industry.

Check your repayment plan to see how much you have to pay back, depending on when you completed the training you might find it isn't too much - monies owed have to be based on a sliding scale.

@ThirdStorm it's a two year course, so I'm still on the training but I couldn't do the job without it

Could you ask your new employer to pay? I’ve done that for a candidate before.
