How to stop yourself going crazy after interviews?

I was made redundant last year and am currently interviewing. After each interview, I find myself replaying every answer I've given and worrying contstantly.

I've just come out of one now and I'm feeling so anxious and wired! There's more riding on this next job than in the past so that isn't helping.

Any tips and thoughts welcome.

Hi, my thought is you will be offered the right job in the fullness of time. If not it probably was not the right job for you. I do hope you are not waiting too long.

No advice, but I am in the same position and it’s horrible. It doesn’t help that people so often don’t get in touch when they said they would. I had an interview on Friday and was told they would definitely be in touch later that day, but have heard nothing. I assume that means I haven’t got the job, but in that case why not just say so?

Thank you so much.Yes so much ghosting and bad manners. I was supposed to hear back two weeks ago after a final interview (btw me and one other candidate). Obviously must have gone with them but haven't bothered to update me!
