Should I be worried? Interviews...

I'm in the 2nd round of an interview process (and there'll be a third). As part of this 2nd round, I've met one person and am due to meet another one next week.

But I've just seen that the company has advertised the new role again today.

Trying to tell myself it's not me and that they just don't have enough other suitable candidates but I'm feeling pretty deflated and finding it hard to focus on prep now.

Tips welcome!

I'd assume it's because they don't have a decent candidate pool, even including you. There's every chance they want you, and hope to make an offer - there's still a good chance you'll turn them down!

Thank you. Yes I guess so, just hard to stay focused on prep but perhaps it works in my favour. It is a very specific role.

Agree, could mean you are the lead candidate but they don't want to put all eggs in one basket in case you say no etc.
