I have had so many NHS interviews for admin roles and have tried my very best in the recent 6 months to improve the quality of my interview answers. For reference I have 2 years bank NHS admin experience 3.5 years clinical NHS experience. The system just seems to enjoy rejecting ME.
I’ve just had feedback from an interview last week the manager said I didn’t put enough personality through in the interview and did not even try to go through any of the questions. I was being professional on my part as it is a job interview.
Any advice would be brilliant, let’s all make it through together!
