Hello, despite never considering myself 'management material' I've now found myself managing a team of four. Work have offered to pay for a management course but I feel like more study on top of personal commitments too much right now. Can anyone recommend a self paced course that is also good quality and recognised (ie good on the CV too!). Thanks!
