A woman work said that she pities my husband as I am always out enjoying myself and my life.

She questioned the fact that I even had kids as I am never with them - which isn't true.

It all got a bit awkward as it came from nowhere and I was a bit taken aback.

She doesn't know anything about my life either 🙈.

What should I do?

On the other hand, you have a sexist manager who offloads his personal problems on to you, a toxic work environment, and are looking for a new job. Perhaps concentrate on finding a new job. This is clearly not a workplace that you want to be in, so I would ignore everything, stick your head down, do the job and move on as quickly as possible.
