Moving into the same job role for 5k more?

Not really sure what to do. I’ve been headhunted for a role that is exactly the same as what I do now. I work fully remotely, this is also a fully remote role but 5k more than what I’m on now (in the 40’s).

I’m happy where I am, albeit a bit bored, but had a chat with the recruiter anyway and it seems like a nice place to work. WWYD?

I’ve only been in my current role 10 months if that makes any difference, I wasn’t actively looking.

Depends on the full package - paid leave inc sickness, bereavement etc, pension, other perks and if the remote working is contractual, plus progression opportunities in both roles. It's a nice problem to have so don't rush a decision 😊
