Virtual or blended women networks

I feel trapped at work. Good enough salary, no career progression (and frankly don't think i could handle that now), flexibility but struggling with organisational culture, lack of decision-making and need some learning and inspiration. Has any of you signed up to any women's networks you'd recommend?

Not women specifically but Brave Starts is good. Also Aspire For Equality which is women specific but I'm not sure what they do now as it was a while ago. Podcasts are good e.g. Squiggly Careers etc.
