I've worked in training and learning for 20 years, face-to-face, online, digital etc. I've been trying to move sideways into a larger organisation for over a year now with no joy, so thinking that if the field is saturated, I need to think of something else.
What sort of roles might a training and learning background lend themselves to that don't involve me spending a shed load of cash to train in? I've spent thousands to get better qualified in my current field, which hasn't translated to getting a job.
