IT Proj Mgt Advice - which course?

I was an IT Project management (agile) moving into senior project management with an eye to developing into a programme management in the medium-term but for to various reasons, have ended up in a 6 year career break.

At the point of starting my career break I was about to study/sit for MSP Foundation & Practitioner. Given how long I've been away from the job, I'm looking into doing it ASAP but wondering...

Would I be better off obtaining a different qualification at this point? AgilePM foundation & practitioner maybe?

Are you wanting to get back into the same role? I'd look at roles advertised and the criteria they use.
If it's more about personal development again I'd be tempted to see what methodologies are being used by some of your target companies/ industries.
