Recently started work as temp TA linked to a child’s EHCP. Found out through the grapevine at the last minute there is an upcoming training day and am required to attend. I knew nothing about it as temporary staff are not included on any emails from the academy. So wondering if anyone could help? Are temporary staff required to attend all training days when there is no mention of them in their contract? Also is this the norm that you’re not included on any staff comms when on a temporary contract?
