Two weeks to go - what can I do to prepare?!

I have 2 weeks till I start my new job - I'm really excited and looking forward to it. It will be with a larger global team and remote working.
However for the past year I've had hardly any work to do. The work I have done has not been as good quality or as skillful as I would have liked. I've been menopausal; forgetful, not sleeping well. It's changed the way I think. I've lost my mojo. I'm not entirely sure I can do it anymore! Oh and I feel frumpy, messy and old.
Does anyone have any advice as to how I can make a good start under these circumstances.

Congrats on the new role. I wouldn’t worry too much, I’m always nervous at the start of a new job. Is there anything you can revise before you start to get your confidence up? What area do you work in? Can you ask them for any information on what you’ll be expected to work on initially, so you can do some prep beforehand? Hope it goes well, good luck with the new role!

Try and relax would be my advice. Maybe batch cook/deep clean to take some pressure off yourself when you start as new jobs are exhausting.

Or line up a partner/family member to do those things for a bit so all you do is work and relax!

Just rereading - try to stop putting yourself down - they offered you a job for a reason. Do something to make yourself more confident (hair, clothes, gym session etc) before starting and good luck!
