After 7 years of an almost Mon - Fri job I'm going back on shift at the end f the month. Days range from 8 - 10 hours, a mix of earlies, lates, mid shifts, nights, long days... you name it!
Any tips to get back into the swing of it? My first week is a 7 day stretch with some short changeovers and 3 night shifts at the end. Dreading it!!
