As part of an interview I have a week Monday, there is a group exercise. you will work in groups and work through Customer Scenarios and a Research Task is the quote from the email. It’s for a call centre job. Then have a competency based interview individually.
The only other group exercise I did was when I applied for Asda. It’s part of their Asda Magic recruitment. We were placed into groups of four and one of the tasks was to blow up
as many balloons as possible in a certain time. None of the four could tie knots in balloons. None of us got jobs.
I wonder if anyone could give me any tips for doing the right things that the potential employer is looking for in job. Obviously staying silent isn’t the best option.
