Quiet firing

i feel im being silently fired from my job! Is there anything I can do about it? While the work environment has become toxic I need the job as im
the main breadwinner in the family but would prefer to have the job to get another! Anyone ever felt this and successfully turned it around? I’m being pulled up for things at work that no one else would be and is a normal part of leadership role.

Hard to say without examples of what you mean.

Why do you feel you are being quietly fired?

Have they put you on a PIP? Is there a code of conduct /conduct policy/procedure in your workplace? Also, have you read the disciplinary procedure?
What sort of things are they "pulling you up" for?

Do you mean constructive dismissal? Are they trying to make it so awkward you quit?
My brother had that and was able to get a pay off and a good reference with the help of his union.
Or are you on a process due to actual mistakes/attitude? In which case they are probably just following policy.

Basically holding me to higher standard than everyone else (ie escalations are part of our job but magnifying them), blaming me for other people’s / teams mistakes, keeping me out of key initiatives that all the other team leads are involved in (restructuring occurring in Jan and think they want to reduce the no of leaders), saying I didn’t get agreement for things with another group (even though got agreement in writing 3 times so they’re not properly investigating), saying I’m losing them business when the escalations started in other depts). Stuff like that!

How long have you worked there?
