we have had to merge teams however i do know them and one in particular i was very worried about
after 2 weeks they are unfriendly, mean, bitchy
one of my colleagues went to complain and our joint manager spoke to a handful which didnt help
i feel so low about it
i am due to spend half my time wfm and feel it will make it worse not better
how can i come to terms with it all

That’s hard. I am in a job I don’t like at the moment and I keep my head down but it’s upsetting.

i suppose all you can do is keep your work right and keep to yourself and look for something else (I can move until May)

Well, it doesn’t matter whether or not they like you, as long as they behave professionally and civilly in a way that allows you to do your job. I would focus on any behaviours that are impeding you doing your job, if any, make a list and talk to your line manager.

I feel for you.
It's not easy when your colleagues don't like you.
I concentrate on my work.
It impacted my work as my colleague wouldn't say hello or goodbye even.
18 months later I got a much better new job.

Think of it as the storming stage, it will pass.
