Just that really, because sometimes it seems to be the only way.

Not sure what grey rock means...will Google and come back to you.

LittleRedRidingHoody · 18/12/2024 19:24

No one at my current, healthy place of work!

About 6 in my old job 😂

NearlyNewHip · 18/12/2024 19:27

Have about 30 colleagues, grey rock 24 of them. I include not even looking at them when they speak in my rocking 😂

NearlyNewHip · 18/12/2024 19:30

Oh and I grey rock emails by replying with 'ok', 'yes' or 'no' or nothing at all if there isnt a question.....Would probably have been sacked by now if I wasn't good at my job and capable of getting shit done to tight deadlines......

DelurkingAJ · 18/12/2024 19:30

None. I actively like most of my colleagues.

CrossCuntry · 18/12/2024 19:57

1 - because they have proven that the slightest bit of engagement results in a fuck ton of work coming my way, while they take the credit.

Nobody! I like all my colleagues.

Berga · 19/12/2024 18:57

Does blocking someone on Teams count?

BoobyDazzler · 19/12/2024 19:00

None. I work for an organisation I’m passionate about, whose ethos I love, with people I like.

If people piss me off, which they do occasionally I’ll tell them, we’ll have a conversation and then we’ll move on.. same as when I piss them off - which I do.

We’re not grey rock kinda place.

Just looked this up as never heard of it. It just sounds like being rude to me. So in answer, none.
Edited to say I work in primary education so that would be an awful attitude to have towards colleagues when we are trying to steer young children to be good adults.
