Work experience abroad for A level language students

Hello looking for some help please. My son and his friends are starting A level Spanish in Sept 25 and I'm trying to get them some work experience on a Eurocamp type campsite. I saw lads on bikes with litter pickers and bin bags at Playa Montroig campsite (Spain) this year who looked around 16-18 yrs old - something like this would be great. Just so they are immersed in the language. When I asked at reception about this they said work like this was a regular arrangement etc. However, when I looked into it on their website it seems Brexit has made this kind of work abroad very difficult (visas etc) and it would obviously be a pain for the employers to consider British kids when they can just employ local or EU passport carriers. Has anyone tips for me or ways round this? Are there agencies or organisations that help? British kids still need opportunities to work abroad and use their languages surely?
Any help much appreciated

Apparently we needed blue passports more than we needed opportunities for our young people. Sorry.

As well as visas there are other problems.
There's age - most companies won't employ anyone under 18 - and the length of the summer season, which is longer than the 6 weeks of UK school holidays.
