At work I like to do a good job, I think it's important to serve my clients well and I enjoy and take pride in a job well done. I work in the public sector and I have seen that I'm a bit of a rare beast. The general attitude from most (but not all) colleagues is one of lip service to clients and a couldn't care less attitude. I'm tired of it. I like the job, it suits me and my family but my attitude and values conflicts so much with the general attitude at work. How do I get over this? I came home angry today. I need to learn to let go and relax
