I had an incident at work. Been trying to get hold of my union all day. No luck I seem to keep getting cut off. I had posted about an injury sustained at work. They’re happy to sign me off. Just a stab in the dark but are there any union reps here…can they state injury creating stress? My worry is can the next employer access these records. Can it look bad being signed off
