TOIL hours and lunch breaks

I have a number of TOIL hours, and I now want to use these to take some time off but I am clueless on this having been in a career previously where we didn’t get TOIL! I want to get this sorted today, so don’t want to have to ask someone at work tomorrow.

If my total hours in the office are 8 hours per day for example, but 30 minutes of this are my lunch break, do I use 8 hours of TOIL or 7.5 hours to get the whole day off?

So to put that simply 😂do I include lunch break time in my number of hours for each day I want to take off?
