My work has announced possible redundancies.
There are 3 people with the same job title but only 2 do the same work as eachother. The other does something fairly different but in the same dept.
If they decide to make 1 of the roles (doing the work of the 2) redundant would the 3rd person also have to reapply due to have the same job title?
