I would like some perspective because I am afraid I might be overthinking this. I work in a field where LinkedIn is fairly used, although I am quite junior, and junior people tend to use it less.
I am in the process of accepting a job offer, and the hiring manager (who looks very laid back) added me a few days before the interview. The offer is in a new country, and I will need to learn the language and study for some exams that are important for my profession.
I would like to hibernate my account, for many reasons, mainly to avoid distractions and to focus on myself for a while - do you think I would look suspicious? Or am I overthinking this?
