Which set of hours would you do

I currently work 16 hours over 2 days. When my son goes school I will have to do school run and nursery run for my youngest. I can either:

Still do 2 days but have 2 reduce my hours by 2 hours a week to allow for pick up and drop off and have to pay for morning club and afternoon club. I will be about £40 a week worse off but have a full day to myself (I don't at the moment).

Work 3 days and only have to reduce my hours by 1 hour a week. This will mean I don't have to pay for morning and afternoon club so will be financially better but won't have a day to myself.

Possible 3rd option is to do 3 days a week and pay morning and afternoon club so I do more hours but I will then start paying tax, work longer hours and have to pay for clubs.

Which would you chose or do you see an alternate option? Thanks

Option 2 - work three days and reduce hours by 1 a week.

Option 2

I worked 3 full days and when my DC started school I spread the hours over 4 days and work within school hours. I only have a 15 minute commute so that works well.

One other thing to consider is school holidays.. As I organise my own diary I am allowed to revert to 3 full days in summer holidays so only need 3 days of holiday clubs.
