Dont want to do basic job but i dont have any degree. Looking for work where in future i can progress and learn. I m ready to go any sector and dont mind to do paid courses. I want advice from all sectors please. Feel lost and stuck.

Think of this as the start of your career. I suggest you start with the National Careers Service https://nationalcareers.service.gov.uk this will help you do a skills assessment and identify what work/career might interest and suit you.

Next look at the free training available https://www.gov.uk/guidance/free-courses-for-jobs

Your local FE college and council may offer free courses as well as paid ones.

There are apprenticeships which can lead to a degree https://www.gov.uk/apply-apprenticeship

The public sector has a wide range of jobs which often have career paths.Have a look at what jobs currently have vacancies and investigate the ones that interest you. This can help you find careers in the private sector too.
