Anyone aware of any reliable sites to look for part time admin jobs from home, please?

Is there such a job? I've never seen anything advertised anywhere.

There's really no need for rude comments like this.

OP is looking for some work around their circumstances as best as they can and asking a genuine question. Whether it's something easily found or not it does not give you an excuse to go on an internet forum and be rude to strangers trying their best and looking for advice.

I'd suggest temping agencies. A friend of mine has semi retired and now just picks up temping jobs, usually for universities. Some request a day or two in the office but the majority have been WFH. My sister works for a charity and she's part time WFH.
