If you were a mental health nurse and now do something different, what do you do?

I'm so done, I've applied for other nurse roles but I'm realising I need to leave altogether for my own sake.

I'm band 7 step 2
13 yrs experience
Cant do the wards anymore
Tried corporate
No research jobs in my area and don't really fancy it.
Couldn't do PIP
No teaching jobs in my area and I have no teaching quals.

I have worked in customer service. Have a coaching qualification but there are no jobs. Have a msc in mh nursing.

I feel trapped by the pension and sick pay even though I havnt been off sick for years. Also they pay is better than anything I'm seeing. I suppose I'm hoping to read others experience of sucessfully leaving, or regretting it.

Commissioning?
Digital?
Both still focussed on MH if you prefer

Clinical safety
Chief nursing or clinical information officer roles

Clinical system training

Clinical analytics?

Thank you, but I think a clean break is needed
