Had a 1 to 1 with manager who said good news about PIP. Been sharing all the great things you’ve done with a view to it being a successful PIP - just extending the timeframe! Why? It’s really affecting my MH and something cropped up at work about an employee and I’m major stressed again as there was a remark in the email from HR (which I wasn’t supposed to see I’m sure) to see how it related to me with me being on this PIP. I feel sick with stress as I’ve been dealing with this for about 5 months.’what they pulled me up on was woolly at best but feel they are trying to desperately pin something on me! And yes im
