First interview after 23 years as a teacher

I’ve got an interview next week for an assessor role in education and early yearsin a 6th form college.

I have to complete a task, student interview, lesson observation and a formal interview!

I’m soooo apprehensive but know I can do this role after nearly 30 in primary schools, mostly in EYFS and KS1.

Any ideas of questions they may ask me and what to expect?

Best of luck. DH works in secondary, all I can say is that right now they are crying out for people, I think you are likely to get the job!

I'm terrified. But very slightly excited.

Well done on getting an interview.
Read their safeguarding policy and brush up on that in a secondary context.
Have a look at their website and throw in some things to the interview that their school holds dear and how this reflects your own specialty/interest.
