Have been in current role just over a year. Have one client and the scope of the role is actually a lot smaller than what was initially thought. I am nowhere near as busy as I would like to be and am quite bored. Management know I don’t have enough to do but where I have been able to contribute I have don’t really well.
we are currently going through a takeover and I suspect that redundancies will be made and I will be someone they look at. I haven’t ever been made redundant, so not sure what to expect? Do they have to consider you alternative options on the takeover company too?
I have been looking for another job but had no luck so far unfortunately…
