Does anyone have experience of the apprenticeship recruitment process? My son has applied for a bunch through the government website and has had a call back from a recruiter to do a screening call prior to submitting his application to the employer.
He's applied for many but this is the only one that has come back - as it happens the one he particularly wanted - and want to check if the screening call back is a positive sign or standard for all applications? Does this increase the chances of an interview with the employer? Any tips on preparation?
