Hi all
I am 3 years into a well-paid senior manager role in HE and beginning to be disillusioned with endless change, pressure to perform and daily fire fighting. I realised today that I’m in a total funk and can’t seem to snap out of it and yet I am a bloody resilient person!
I want to change to a smaller team / company where people are valued over data and I want a decent salary. I’m 60 and not a technophobe but feel life is passing me by and I need something more fulfilling.
Am I living in cloud cuckoo land?!
Are there any headhunters (I’m based in the south) with advice?
