I'd love to start my own business, has anyone else successfully got out of the 9-5 and never looked back? I just cant find the motivation to start, I have everything I need to start the business I'd like (plant and shrub nursery) but I just cant get going to put an hour or so aside everyday to get started, so I'm just looking for some inspiration to motivate me!!

thank you

Maybe you just haven't found a catalyst to get you started yet OP? What might that be for you?
I'm in my notice period in NHS after nearly 30 years, and extremely well paid (to me) at 80k - but workplace bullying, attending meaningless after meaningless online meetings of corporate bullshit that won't improve patient care in any way has just worn me right down.
I've had a small side hustle that I've been quietly growing and it just gave me a stronger chink of light in the dark week after week and it made me think 'enough's enough' when things got worse at work.
The pay will only be about a third of what I'm earning just now, and no holiday or sick pay in self employment but life's short, I'm in my 50s and it's time to do something meaningful that I've always wanted to do, and to feel actually alive instead of depressed. (We also don't have a huge mortgage etc).
You're maybe not at that point in your mind though! Just quietly set goals, and build til you feel it's time just to do it. Very best of luck to you.
