Unsure where to go

I’ve hit a bit of a wall in my career.

Early 30s and have had a 7 year career in finance but finance / accounting is starting to lose its thrill for me and I feel like there are things I am better at. On paper I have achieved a very good salary (reaching 6 figures) by the time I was 30 but have been plagued with self doubt.

I’m hoping and have been interviewing to go into something more qualitative (investor relations interests me) but worried about how to future proof this for later down the line.

Appreciate very competitive but would it be more sensible to try and train in a new field such as law or corporate governance? I have also just come out of a long relationship breakup which is bruising and would like to plan to have a family by my early 40s.

Feeling low because I spent my 20s doing professional exams and really working hard towards my career but feel lost and unfulfilled, and starting to get nervous now that I’ll feel this way in 3/5/10 years as well.

Thanks!
