Iโ€™m feeling very flat
Iโ€™ve raised the school funds considerably but head wonโ€™t agree to some spends
yet wastes money on all sorts

I thought I was meant to influence!

I recently left this role after realising they didnโ€™t want my professional opinion- they wanted their own but in my voice !!

And the amount of money they waste, the amount of times they could save money but donโ€™t, is criminal.

Yes itโ€™s so true
and the hours I do too is a joke

Hiya, I just started in the SBM role, please give me tips on how you raised funds? I am interested in refurbishing the toilets - it is killing me when I see the state of the toilets, it absolutely does

If youโ€™re a LA maintained school, the LA should have toilets as part of their cyclical maintenance schedule, and fund them from their own capital budgets.
