I’ve been at my job for 3 years and only one person asks for my feedback in appraisal this year (it’s literally just a grading system and saying some nice things)
hopefully it’s just because I’m still the newest to the team but what if it’s because they just don’t like me or scared I’ll say something to criticise (which is so far from the truth - everyone is super hard working and I’d say so in the comments).
someone did select me last year and not this year - does that mean I’ve upset them? I obvs can’t ask anyone this because it’s so personal
