Entitlement after parents leave

Hi,

I am just looking for some answers in regards to work entitlement after parents leave. I have had to leave my job after my 9 weeks parents leave and I would like to know if I am entitled to my holiday pay that was accrued throughout my maternity & parents leave. Notice was giving within the timeframe as required in my contract.

Yea you should be entitled to the annual leave

I'm curious why employers say if you come back you can have your holidays to use when either way even if you don't come back you are entitled to them. That's why I was unsure if I will receive my holiday pay.
