Changing Nursery

Does anyone know how NHS Bank hours work? I am joining it and I might have to change my 2 year old's nursery. Currently he's doing 2 days a week 3 hours each..

Yeah that's not a lot of time child free. How many hours were you hoping to pick up?

I was hoping for around 20 hours per week. I am allowed to choose shifts according to my schedule?
