Nhs 2nd Interview

Hi! Hope you are well. I just attended an NHS band 3 receptionist interview and I was told there would be a second interview that is value-based. Is this the norm? Is this a good sign that I have a second interview coming up? Lastly, how do I prepare? I would appreciate any help. Thanks!

It’s unusual to have a second interview for that kind of role but not unheard of. I would suggest making sure you learn the trust values (usually available online) and try to think of examples in your work in case they ask you. Have they done tests like typing?

Hi! Thanks for your response. Yeah I was also shocked. After the regular interview, which I noticed didn't really require me to use the STAR method, they told me they would be in touch for a second interview. No I haven't done any typing tests, nor did they make mention of any. Thanks for your help!
