Interview feedback - didn't show up

After a recent unsuccessful interview the interviewer offered to discuss the interview with me and to provide further feedback. I took them up on this offer but they never showed up to the online meeting.

Obviously many things could have happened but now I'm wondering if it was unusual of me to take them up on their offer for feedback?

For what it's worth - my DC is autistic and I wonder if I have traits of neurodiversity myself

I have had this before. I followed up with a pleasant email and asked if they wanted to reschedule or send feedback via email and didn't hear back. hey ho. I take it as a sign that I dodged a bullet

Thank you. It left me feeling pretty stupid as not only did I not get the job but they fobbed me off for feedback which they offered...

It was for a civil service interview and feedback would have been useful as it was my first interview with them and I've been working on the private sector for 20 years.
