Recently I see many major pharma are moving numerous roles in India. This reminds me few years back when there was rush of pharma companies moving to CROs services in India. For few years many operational activities were moved to CROs and jobs were cut for FTEs (full time employees). After few years when management realised that this will their own jobs they tried to keep those roles internally and created new roles for their FTEs. This is now another revolution where companies are opening India teams. Recently Hyderabad is very much developing. Just want to hear views from others on their thoughts.
