I've applied for endless jobs all entry level with big pay cuts and I'm yet to receive a single interview. I'm really unsure where I'm going wrong and I'm so down about it. I'm desperate for a change and have been in my current role 18 years. Has anyone successfully used a career coach that has recommendations? (Uk)
