I am looking for some advice from anyone who has left teaching after returning from Mat leave.
I am looking at handing my notice in at work and I’m wanting some confirmation of how many weeks I need to have returned for in order to not pay my Mat leave money back.
I know the usual time is 13 weeks but I am part time and a colleague mentioned it’s 26 weeks if you are part time. I was part time before though so my Mat pay was based on my current salary anyway. Does this change anything?
