Hoping for some advice regarding initiating a discreet job search. Currently I am working for in the office of a company who I know is having money troubles, a number of staff seemed to have left quite abruptly recently (jumped or pushed ?) and a number of senior management also, the CEO has also recently resigned, this has made me fairly uneasy and as I've not been happy in my position for some time I feel now would be a good time to 'put out feelers'.
I'm not stuck with how to look for a job, I'm familiar with using job boards and agencies, my issue is how I would be able to do this without my current employers finding out ?
I was thinking of perhaps approaching an employment agency rather than just posting my CV and details on job boards.
Would be grateful for anyone's advice or POV.
