Has anyone got any experience of moving from the NHS to work for a GP federation?
I've seen a job advertised which includes NHS pension scheme but basic annual leave etc. It feels like a huge wrench to leave the NHS after 20 odd years but the appeal of working in healthcare but in a different setting is appealing! Just not sure how salary would work and other NHS benefits like sick pay, training etc . My understanding is they are limited companies.
Anyone with any experience?
