Can anybody help me, advise me or atleast give me a success story!!?
My microsoft/outlook account blocked me out of my emails on Monday. Due to suspected suspicious activity. I managed to set up another and speak to an advisor but I just feel like I'm being pushed along. They say wait 12 hrs, wait 24 hrs to try re logging in. Now 7 days! About to lose my mind with this. All my work and children admin for preschool etc is on that account. When I try and retrieve it, I enter my telephone number and then it continues to say that the verification method is not working right now. .....
What do I do?!
Has anyone managed to retrieve their account?
